progress audits to verify, negotiate, and certify interim payment applications from contractors.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cb>Variation & Claim Management:\u003C/b> Analyze, negotiate, and defend against contract variations and claims, protecting GZI from budget overruns.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cb>Financial Tracking:\u003C/b> Maintain a live project cost ledger, providing executive management with accurate Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and cash-flow forecasts.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cb>Site Measurement & Audits: \u003C/b>Conduct regular site visits to validate progress, verify quantities, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cb>Change Control Management:\u003C/b> Administer all scope changes and ensure proper valuation, approval, and documentation of variations.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cb>Lifecycle Cost Awareness: \u003C/b>Advise on long-term cost implications of design choices, materials, and construction methods.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>\u003Cb>Integrated Management System:\u003C/b> Documents, implements, maintains the requirements of the quality, food safety, environment, health, and safety management
