targets.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Support cashflow monitoring and revenue projections for training programmes.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Identify and recommend opportunities to expand training programmes into new markets, sectors and industries.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Contribute ideas and initiatives that support the financial growth and sustainability of the Training Practice Area.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul> \u003Cp>\u003Cbr />\u003C/p> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>Job Requirements\u003C/b>\u003C/p> \u003Cul>\u003Cli>A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing/Communications or any related areas BUT with business development or sales experience, including training consulting/sales.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>A minimum of six (6) years of relevant work experience, with proven competencies relevant to the role, three (3) years of which must be at a Supervisory/Consulting role in business development/sales or related area.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience in training coordination and training marketing to corporate bodies is required for the role.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Knowledge or professional experience in IT, cybersecurity and related industry is recommended.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul> \u003Cp>\u003Cbr />\u003C/p> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>Specific Competencies\u003C/b>\u003C/p> \u003Cul>\u003Cli>Business development or sales background and experience is
