projects, exhibitions and brand activations.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Review, interpret, and validate client briefs, 3D renders and production specifications before execution.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Develop comprehensive project execution plans, detailing project scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, procurement schedules, production activities, logistics, installation plans, and project close-out requirements.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Translate creative concepts into practical fabrication and production plans while maintaining design intent and functionality.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Develop comprehensive project execution plans, production schedules, installation timelines, and manpower plans.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Lead project execution from design approval through fabrication, logistics, installation, event delivery, dismantling, and final handover.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Coordinate activities across the Creative, 3D Design, Client Service, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Supervise workshop operations, fabrication teams, installers, carpenters, welders, painters, electricians, and freelance production crews.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Develop Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and production requirements for each project.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage fabricators, production vendors, and specialist subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Conduct site inspections and technical assessments before production and installation, identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Monitor project budgets, material consumption, labor costs, and production expenses to ensure projects remain commercially viable.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure fabricated items comply with approved drawings, client expectations, structural integrity requirements, and company quality standards before installation.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Provide onsite leadership during installations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within approved timelines.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Resolve technical, operational, and onsite challenges proactively while maintaining project momentum.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Implement and enforce quality assurance, health, safety, and operational standards across workshops and project sites.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Prepare project progress reports, production updates, and post-project evaluations for management.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Continuously improve production processes, fabrication techniques, workflow efficiency, and project execution standards\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Coach, mentor, and develop \u003Cp>\u003Cb>Requirements:\u003C/b>\u003C/p> \u003Cul>\u003Cli>Bachelor's Degree in project management, architecture, industrial design or a related discipline.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing experiential projects, event production, fabrication, exhibition construction or similar large-scale project execution.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Demonstrated experience interpreting 3D design, supervising fabrication teams, and delivering complex experiential projects from concept to completion.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience working within an experiential agency, event production company, or creative production environment is highly preferred.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Professional certifications in project management are an added advantage.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>\u003Cbr />\u003C/b>\u003C/p> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>Knowledge, Skills & Attitude:\u003C/b>\u003C/p> \u003Cul>\u003Cli>Strong understanding of experiential project execution and production planning.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Excellent ability to interpret 3D renders, technical drawings, construction details, elevations, and production specifications.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Extensive knowledge of fabrication materials, including MDF, marine plywood, acrylic, aluminum, steel, ACP, PVC, foam board, vinyl, glass, fabrics, lighting, and finishing techniques.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong workshop, fabrication, and installation management skills.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Excellent project planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution capabilities.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Excellent budgeting, cost-control, and resource allocation skills.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Good understanding of structural integrity, construction methods, logistics planning, and installation techniques.\u003Cbr />\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong
