The incumbent will be a member of the Country QHSSE team and will work also taking into account priorities and action plan set by the Country QHSSE Mgr.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Organization\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>The Commercial HSSE Implementer will report to the Country QHSSE Manager and work closely with the S&D HSSE Implementer and the rest of the team.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>No direct reports, but will be responsible for engagement with line staff/contractors/business partners on implementation of HSSE program\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Principal Accountabilities\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Policies, Standards, Laws, HSSE MS:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Working with Country QHSSE Mgr., Facilitate (manual CF and VE standards-Policies, Health and safety-Environmental Laws) compliance review exercise for Retail,B2B &HR, identify remedial actions and allocate responsibilities for compliance actions\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Following compliance review exercise (manual CF and VE standards-Policies, Health and safety-Environmental Laws), follow up on a regular basis remedial actions to achieve 100% compliance\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Work with Retail,B2B&HR team to implement HSSE MS and close timely any identified gap\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>Risk Management:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Facilitate HEMP Retail,B2B&HR, contribute to risk studies, identify controls and allocate responsibilities for control measures\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Following risk studies (HEMP), provide advice to achieve ALARP and its audit trail\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Facilitate Retail,B2B &HR HEMP update as stated in the HEMP protocol including a frequent update of RAPs\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Ensure compliance with Vivo Energy ePTW protocol\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Ensure compliance with Vivo Energy MOC protocol\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Participate in and facilitate risk assessment and JHA, to ensure that hazards are identified, evaluated, and mitigated in accordance with company HSSE standards\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Monitor contractor HSSE performance. Participate in greenbanding process as a representative of HSSE function\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Assist in implementing site security procedures and access control measures.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>Implementation:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Agree HSSE targets for Retail,B2B, HR & Corporate functions with line manager, contribute to annual T&R process, collate inputs for OU HSSE Manager in a bottoms up” approach and monitor monthly performance\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Develop Annual HSSE Action Plans for Retail&B2B/HR and monitor its implementation\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Coordinate & articipate in emergency preparedness and response planning and drills for Retail,B2B, HR business\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Conduct HSSE inductions & training for employees, contractors, and visitors.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Facilitate investigation/analysis of all incidents, participate in reviews by Commercial/HR manager, follow-up recommendations and be responsible for effective cascade of LFIs (Lesson from Incidents) and also share with other departments/HSSE team\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>Monitoring/Corrective Actions:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Review Retail,B2B&HR HSSE performance on a monthly and timely basis, agree corrective action plans with line manager and contribute to achievement of continuous improvement\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Provide support to Commercial/HR Manager for annual HSSE assurance and monitor implementation of action items for continuous improvement\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Ensure efficient monitoring of various audits and compliance issues\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Prepare monthly HSSE reports, statistics, dashboards, and KPIs\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>Audits:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Participate in Retail,B2B&HR internal and external HSSE audits;\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Perform regular HSSE visits in Retail sites under construction or refurbishment (High/Medium HSSE risks);\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Conduct regular HSSE inspections across Retail sites, B2B, and HR facilities to verify compliance with company standards and identify improvement opportunities.\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>Competence development:\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Assist Retail,B2B &HR teams to close their HSSE Competency gaps in line with VE HSSE mandatory trainings;\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Assist B2B teams to train B2B customers in coordination with QHSSE Mgr and as per customers request;\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Assist in Retail Station staff HSSE training as per request;\u003C/li>\n\u003C/ul>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Key Challenges\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>This job requires effective leadership skills, time management and communication skills.
