The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>Interested candidates are encouraged to apply and become part of a team committed to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient operations.\u003C/p>\n\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Main Responsibilities\u003C/strong>\u003C/p>\n\u003Cul>\n\u003Cli>Receive incoming goods, check for damage and for discrepancies between goods, purchase orders and invoices.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Accurately sort, label, and store goods; arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Pack, label and dispatch outgoing goods with relevant documents.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Assist to maintain and update inventory records in SAP and Maximo computerized inventory systems in close coordination with Maintenance planner and Agreement Manager.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>To retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries for example on stock transfer, inventory levels or item history.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Perform physical inventory check of all materials, equipment, parts, tools, products or supplies in stock and periodic reconciliation of stock according to applicable guideless /as per Agreement.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Manage and maintain the calibrated tools inventory, ensuring updated certification.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.\u003C/li>\n\u003Cli>Perform other routine office activities according to the site established procedures.
