optimize existing YOU Cosmetics formulas.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Create laboratory prototypes and conduct formulation trials.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Develop different product formats including \u003Cstrong>body butters, creams, lotions, oils, scrubs, balms and other body-care products\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Select and evaluate cosmetic raw materials and ingredients.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Work with \u003Cstrong>natural oils, shea butter, cocoa butter, botanical ingredients, active ingredients and fragrances\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Conduct and monitor stability, compatibility and performance testing.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Troubleshoot formulation issues such as separation, texture, odor, color, oxidation and preservation.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Prepare and maintain formulation documentation, laboratory records and specifications.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Support the transition from\u003C/li>\u003Cli> \u003Cstrong>laboratory batches to industrial-scale production (scale-up)\u003C/strong>.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Work closely with production and quality control teams.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Establish and maintain laboratory procedures and good manufacturing
