We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our Nairobi office and help grow our customer base in Kenya. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong passion for sales, and the ability to actively identify, engage, and convert prospective customers. \u003Cbr /> \u003Cb>Key Responsibilities\u003C/b> • Prospect, identify, and qualify new customers and sales opportunities. • Actively engage potential customers through calls, social media, referrals, walk-ins, and other sales channels. • Understand customers’ vehicle needs and provide suitable recommendations based on their preferences and budget. • Clearly communicate vehicle specifications, pricing, importation processes, and other relevant product information. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers. • Maintain an organized and active sales pipeline to ensure consistent business opportunities. • Record and update all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities accurately in the company CRM system. • Follow up consistently with prospects to convert qualified leads into sales. • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance objectives. • Coordinate with internal teams and other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to purchase. • Keep customers informed throughout the sales process and promptly address their questions and concerns. • Stay informed about available vehicle models, specifications, market trends, and customer preferences. • Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline performance. \u003Cb>\u003Cbr />\u003C/b> \u003Cb>Key Skills & Competencies\u003C/b> • Strong sales and negotiation skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships. • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven. • Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities. • Good organizational and time-management skills. • Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital sales tools. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and a professional approach to customers. \u003Cbr /> \u003Cb>What We Are Looking For\u003C/b> We are looking for an energetic salesperson who is driven by results, confident in engaging customers, and committed to achieving sales targets.
