Management.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Prepare and issue accurate sales invoices, receipts, and other transaction documents in a timely manner.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Coordinate communication between showroom staff, Management, and customers, ensuring timely follow-up on key actions.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Send reminders and follow-ups regarding customer orders, payments, deliveries, appointments, and other operational activities.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Professionally handle incoming telephone calls, respond to customer enquiries, take messages, and escalate issues where necessary.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Design and publish promotional flyers, product updates, and marketing content across the company's social media platforms in line with approved brand guidelines.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Maintain accurate and well-organized physical and electronic records, including invoices, inventory records, supplier information, and correspondence.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and assisting with special projects, promotional activities, and events.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure the showroom consistently reflects the company's brand standards through proper presentation and organization.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Perform any other administrative or operational duties assigned by Management.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul> \u003Cp>\u003Cbr />\u003C/p> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>Qualifications and Experience:\u003C/b>\u003C/p> \u003Cul>\u003Cli>Minimum of a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>At least 1–2 years' experience in administration, retail operations, customer service, or a similar role.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry will be an advantage.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul> \u003Cp>\u003Cbr />\u003C/p> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>Skills and Competencies:\u003C/b>\u003C/p> \u003Cul>\u003Cli>Strong organizational and time management skills.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>High level of accuracy and attention to detail.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic invoicing processes.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Good working knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva will be an added advantage.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong customer service orientation with a professional telephone manner.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work independently.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Trustworthy, reliable, and able to maintain
