Please indicate each\ncandidate’s strongest competencies and any areas requiring further training:\u003C/p> \u003Cp>· \u003Cstrong>CAD/CAM:\u003C/strong> Design of crowns, bridges, veneers and implant restorations using\nexocad or 3Shape; nesting, milling and finishing.\u003C/p> \u003Cp>· \u003Cstrong>Dental 3D printing:\u003C/strong> File preparation, printer operation, washing, curing and finishing\nof models, surgical guides, splints and denture components.\u003C/p> \u003Cp>· \u003Cstrong>Zirconia restorations:\u003C/strong> Single crowns and multi-unit bridges, including sintering, ceramic\nlayering, staining, glazing and polishing.\u003C/p> \u003Cp>· \u003Cstrong>Ceramic and metal-ceramic\nrestorations:\u003C/strong> IPS e.max, porcelain layering and\nfinishing of crowns and bridges.\u003C/p> \u003Cp>· \u003Cstrong>Removable prosthetics:\u003C/strong> Complete and partial dentures, tooth arrangement, acrylic\nprocessing, finishing, repairs and relining.\u003C/p> \u003Cp>· \u003Cstrong>Implant prosthetics:\u003C/strong> Implant crowns, custom abutments and full-arch restorations,\nincluding All-on-X.\u003C/p> \u003Cp>· \u003Cstrong>Other appliances:\u003C/strong> PMMA provisional restorations, night guards, occlusal splints,\nclear aligners and cast metal partial denture frameworks.\u003C/p> \u003Cp>· \u003Cstrong>Conventional laboratory\nprocedures:\u003C/strong> Model pouring and trimming, die\npreparation, articulation and diagnostic wax-ups.\u003C/p> \u003Cp>· \u003Cstrong>Quality assurance:\u003C/strong> Assessment of marginal accuracy, fit, proximal contacts,\nocclusion, shade and aesthetics.\u003C/p> \u003Cp>· \u003Cstrong>Equipment care:\u003C/strong> Routine maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment\nand production processes.\u003C/p> \u003Cp>Candidates should be capable of\nmanaging cases independently, interpreting dental prescriptions, communicating\neffectively with dentists and delivering consistent quality within agreed\ndeadlines.\u003C/p> \u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Selection process\u003C/strong>\u003C/p> \u003Cp>Shortlisted candidates will\nundergo a formal interview and a practical examination covering both digital\nand manual laboratory procedures.
