Store Manager",null,"\u003Cp>\u003Cb>Responsibilities:\u003C/b>\u003C/p>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Manage the store’s daily operations and ensure smooth, professional service.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Develop and implement strategies to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate sales executives, cashiers, promoters, and other store employees.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Maintain excellent customer service and promptly resolve complaints.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, labelled and promoted.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, expiry dates and product availability.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Minimise stock losses, damages, wastage, theft and discrepancies.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure accurate cash handling, POS reconciliation and daily sales reporting.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Coordinate promotions, tastings, product launches and in-store campaigns.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Analyse sales performance and recommend ways to improve revenue.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure the store is clean, organised and compliant with company standards.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Work closely with the warehouse, production, marketing and management teams.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational and performance reports.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>\u003Cbr />\u003C/b>\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>Requirements:\u003C/b>\u003C/p>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Minimum of five years’ relevant retail-management experience, including experience in a supermarket, pharmacy, food store or established retail business.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Previous experience managing a store team and meeting sales targets.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong knowledge of inventory control, merchandising and retail operations.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Good understanding of POS systems, cash reconciliation and sales reporting.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong numerical, analytical and organisational ability.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic business applications.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Honest, disciplined, customer-focused and commercially minded.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Must be able to work weekends and public holidays according to the store schedule.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>A degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related discipline is preferred.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>All experience and references must be verifiable.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cp>\u003Cb>\u003Cbr
