and statutory accounts.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting activities.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and control accounts.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Monitor financial transactions and investigate discrepancies promptly.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Liaise with external accountants, auditors, Tax authorities, banks, and other relevant third parties.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Review and improve accounting processes to support efficiency and accuracy.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide financial insight and support.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Maintain confidentiality of financial and sensitive business information.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Use accounting systems and Excel effectively to manage and analyse financial data.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cb>Requirements:\u003C/b> \u003Cul>\u003Cli>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting role.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong experience in bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, management accounts, and year-end processes.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Proven experience handling accounts payable and receivable.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong working knowledge of accounting software and advanced Excel skills.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ability to liaise professionally with external accountants, auditors, and Tax authorities.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliations, and reporting.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Excellent communication and teamwork skills\u003C/li>\u003Cli>High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Experience within healthcare services or a similar regulated environment.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul> \u003Cb>\u003Cbr />\u003C/b> \u003Cb>Preferred Qualifications:\u003C/b>\u003Cbr /> \u003Cul>\u003Cli>An AAT, ACCA, ACA, or
