Labour Relations Management\u003Cbr />\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Provide guidance and support to management on labour relations issues, policies, and procedures\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure consistent application of disciplinary and grievance procedures\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Represent the company in disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings, and consultations\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and legally compliant manner\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cbr />2. Disciplinary &amp; Grievance Processes\u003Cbr />\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Coordinate and chair disciplinary hearings and investigations\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Draft charges, notices, and outcome letters\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure procedural and substantive fairness in all disciplinary matters\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Facilitate grievance procedures and recommend appropriate resolutions\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cbr />3. CCMA &amp; Legal Compliance\u003Cbr />\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Represent Raumix Aggregates at CCMA\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Prepare case documentation, bundles, and witness statements\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Ensure compl\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Monitor and interpret changes in labour laws and advise management accordingly\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cbr />4. Union Engagement\u003Cbr />\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Maintain constructive relationships with trade unions where applicable\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Participate in consultations, negotiations, and dispute resolution processes\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Support collective bargaining processes\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cbr />5. Policy Implementation &amp; Compliance\u003Cbr />\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Ensure implementation and adherence to HR and labour-related policies\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Assist in developing and updating labour relations policies and procedures\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cbr />6. Training &amp; Advisory\u003Cbr />\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Train and coach line managers on labour relations processes and best practices\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Promote awareness of employee rights and company policies\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Provide guidance on conflict resolution and workplace conduct\u003C/li>\u003C/ul>\u003Cbr />7.
