This is a true \u003Cstrong>360 role\u003C/strong>: you generate your own leads, win your own mandates, and deliver the search yourself — from kick-off to placement. You own both the client side and the candidate side, end to end.\u003C/p>\u003Cp>\u003Cstrong>Executive Search is your core business.\u003C/strong> You hunt for senior and executive mandates, sign them, and fill them.
