CRM tools, INCOTERMS\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Carrier & depot conditions of trade. National currencies and international codes\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Computer literacy Intermediate competency utilising Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point and Outlook. Verbal communication – advanced\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Business acumen. Presentation & Negotiation skills - intermediate\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Client/service orientation.
