issues, and usage guidance).\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Act as the primary contact for error tracking and follow-up – log reported issues, coordinate with dev teams when needed, and ensure timely resolution.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Maintain a clear and organized support ticket log, documenting each issue, root cause, and resolution.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>The role may require travel to any field location abroad, particularly outside Ghana, to carry out specific tasks as part of the assignment.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul> \u003Cp>\u003Cbr />\u003C/p> \u003Cp>\u003Cb>Qualifications & Experience\u003C/b>\u003C/p> \u003Cul>\u003Cli>Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in server administration and integration.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong expertise in Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy).\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Proven experience with VMware vCenter and ESXi (deployment, clustering, and troubleshooting).\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Solid knowledge of Veeam backup and recovery solutions.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Understanding of storage technologies (SAN, NAS) and networking fundamentals.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Strong documentation and communication skills.\u003C/li>\u003Cli>Comfortable supporting non-technical users with patience and clarity.\u003C/li>\u003C/ul> \u003Cp>\u003Cbr
