Your job is to work out which of them are serious, show them the numbers, walk them through the process, and get the agreement signed. \u003Cbr /> This is a field sales role with a monthly target and a commission structure that rewards you properly for hitting it. You will be out of the office more than you are in it. \u003Cb>\u003Cbr />\u003C/b> \u003Cb>What you will do\u003C/b> \u003Cb>Work every lead. \u003C/b>Follow up on enquiries from the website, phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins — fast. Speed of first response is the single biggest driver of whether a lead converts. \u003Cb>Qualify honestly. \u003C/b>Run discovery calls and initial interviews. Establish whether the candidate has the capital, the availability, and the temperament to run a stall. Disqualify early rather than dragging weak candidates through the funnel. \u003Cb>Screen properly.\u003C/b> Conduct background and reference checks and financial screening, and document them to the standard the business requires. \u003Cb>Show, don’t tell.\u003C/b> Host prospects at operating stalls. Walk them through real unit economics, equipment handling, stock ordering, and a live trading day.
