The core objective of this role is to maximize driver earnings and fleet productivity while minimizing non-compliance through continuous KPI tracking, proactive driver follow-ups, execution of structured escalation frameworks, and real-time fleet guidance.\u003C/p> \u003Cbr /> \u003Cb>Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:\u003C/b> \u003Cul>\u003Cli>\u003Cb>Manage driver performance:\u003C/b> Track weekly Acceptance Rate, Online Hours, NET Earnings, Finish Rate and trips.
