Customer Service & Showroom Sales Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services Prepare accurate quotations and invoices Upsell and cross-sell products Ensure fast response and smooth customer experience Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and professionalism Follow up open quotations until closure \u003Cbr /> \u003Cb>2. Call Centre & Online Sales\u003C/b> Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online inquiries promptly Convert inquiries into quotations and sales orders Conduct outbound follow-up calls on pending quotations Follow up lost quotations and identify reasons for loss Re-engage dormant customers Maintain excellent response times during working hours and assigned after-hours shifts \u003Cbr /> \u003Cb>3.
