    • To serve as the point of contact for clients and expected to liaise between employees and management. Site managers are responsible for ensuring that a project is completed on time and within budget.
    • Oversee daily operations.
    • Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage.
    • Enforce all workplace policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate training and professional development activities for employees.
    • Conduct staff performance reviews.
    • Maintain and adhere to departmental budget.
    • Address and report safety concerns in a timely manner.
    • Track and monitors project progress, adhering to prearranged standards-client.
    • Ensure compliance across the work site.
    • Answer inquiries from potential projects partners.
    • Mediate on- site conflicts.
    • Prepare and submits progress reports.
    • Coordinating and supervising workers.
    • Selecting tools and materials.
    • Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork.
    • Maintain client relationships
