We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative and Technical Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support across various administrative and technical functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing correspondence.

Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Perform data entry, data management, and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.

Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communications and streamline operations.

Support the IT team with technical tasks such as troubleshooting and system updates.

Manage office equipment and supplies, ensuring all are in good working order.

Provide technical training and support to staff as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office admin assistant.

Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common software applications.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.

Technical proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
