Demand Planner/PPIC Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders and forecasts
• Ensure optimal machine utilization and minimize downtime
• Liaise with production, sales and warehouse team on production planning
• Ensure production runs according to plan
• Monitor job progress across departments
• Update BOMs (Bill of Materials)
• Ensure proper documentation for each job (job cards, production sheets)
• Calculate raw material needs
• Raise material requisitions in advance to avoid stock-outs
• Coordinate with procurement for timely supply of materials

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5years of work experience in same role in a manufacturing industry
• Minimum academic qualification of BSc/HND
• Good use of SAP/Excel is an added advantage
  

Remuneration; NGN 300,000-400,000 depending on experience
