Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repairs
- Ensure safety and security of the building
- Manage facility staff and contractors
- Monitor electricity, water, and other utilities
- Handle building budgets and supplies
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify problems
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules
Requirements:
- A minimum of a diploma in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- Experience in property or facility management is an advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and safety procedures
- Organizational and time-management skills
