- Prepare vehicle buy-in packs
- Stock vehicles on the system
- Scan and file all relevant documentation
- Manage and process vehicle transfers between branches/entities
- Handle fuel account orders and processing
- Perform credit card processing and reconciliations
- Request original NATIS documents from banks
- Arrange courier collections for NATIS on cash deals
- Submit documentation to group stock control (dealer stock & floor plan)
- Reconcile outstanding NATIS documentation
