Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily business operations to ensure efficiency and smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of incoming vehicles, customer activities, inventory movement, and daily operational reports.
Monitor the inflow and outflow of drinks, beverages, water sales, and other inventory items while ensuring all daily sales proceeds are properly accounted for and deposited into the company’s designated account.
Ensure proper documentation and accountability for all stock received, sold, or transferred.
Oversee customer relations and ensure customers are attended to professionally and efficiently.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Monitor staff attendance, discipline, appearance, and performance.
Delegate responsibilities effectively and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Ensure proper cleanliness and maintenance of offices, customer areas, toilets, tables, chairs, and operational spaces
Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of both the interior and exterior environment of the car wash facility.

Requirements:

A minimum of an OND in any discipline.
A minimum of 1–2 years of relevant work experience in operations, hospitality, retail, or facility management.
Strong organisational and supervisory skills.
Good communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to maintain accurate operational and inventory records.
High level of accountability, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration: NGN 75,000 – 150,000 Monthly.
Location: Meiran, Lagos State.
