- Development and implementation of quality control procedures for the entire factory.
- Monitoring QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports.
- Training and development of QA personnel to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with quality system requirements and maintaining a right Quality Management System.
- Providing approval for print, embroidery, wash, and other requirements as per buying house standards.
- Identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner.
- Ensuring that all incoming, in-process, and final goods are properly inspected and documented.
- Implementing preventive and remedial measures against the occurrence of defects.
