- Handling of Spares requests from Site to Stores and Procurement
- Work on Evolution opening jobs, capturing quotes, do invoicing and check stock
- Receive reports from sites and load above jobs
- Support on all safety aspects, safety files to maintain and control
- All admin related tasks e.g. Timesheets, roaming staff register, bookings, payments, history file, and LCC
