ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works hand in hand with the sales and marketing team to develop and deliver outstanding client presentations that support each stage of the conversation throughout the sales cycle.

• Identify and onboard new customers (retailers, salons, distributors, beauty shops).

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular visits and follow-ups.

• Ensure timely collection of payments and proper account management.

• Conduct field visits to monitor market activity and product performance.

• Execute route plans and maintain an updated customer database.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with distributors.

· Collect and report market intelligence on competitors and emerging trends.

· Submit daily/weekly sales and field activity reports to the Sales Director.

· Travel within the assigned territory to grow market coverage and visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in an FMCG and cosmetics or beauty company.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (Diploma accepted with solid experience).

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.• Skilled in field sales, retail distribution, and account management.

• Experienced in both modern and general trade channels (supermarkets, salons, and retailers).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tracking tools.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and results oriented.

• Well-groomed, confident, and able to represent a premium beauty brand professionally.

• Passionate about cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends.

• Fluent in English and local languages.

• Flexible working during promotions, activations, and weekend event
