Minimum Requirements

• RE5 and RE1 qualifications (essential).
• NQF Level 4 or higher in Financial Services or a related field.
• Class of Business completed for Personal and Commercial Lines.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Short-Term Insurance.
• Minimum 2 years' experience leading and managing a sales team.
• Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and managing successful sales professionals.
• Strong knowledge of Personal and Commercial Insurance products.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
• Based in Gauteng (Johannesburg or Pretoria).
