School fee debt collections are our business. Our job is to assist schools with recovering outstanding debt, to ensure that their students get the best quality education. We’ve been effectively and efficiently doing that for more than 25 years and are passionate about it.

About the job:

We’re looking for a motivated Debt Collector / Collections Consultant to collect debt from a book of debtors. Our structure is small, driven teams who, together with their team leader, work towards defined goals. Please note that this is not a call-centre based position. We give you all the tools you may need to contact debtors and collect debt; phone calls, emails, SMS’s and WhatsApp at our offices. Our prescribed procedures, templates and defined methods are there to help our Collectors be as effective as possible and achieve their monthly target of collected monies.

Day to day duties include, amongst others, effectively communicating with new debtors and existing debtor queries, being in regular contact with the debtors on your book, collecting on the debt, following up on broken payments and keeping detailed and up-to-date records. Your work is supported by our Legal, Accounts and Tracing departments.
