QA ENGINEER

Technical Support: Provides technical assistance to internal users, resolves technical issues, and helps resolve technical challenges encountered while using application systems (e.g., ERP SYSTEM).

User Training: Provides internal users with training on operating the application system.

Future support: Ensuring system stability, resolving application issues, and driving continuous optimization and knowledge transfer, covering three key areas: technical operations, business guidance, and iterative upgrades.

Job requirements :

Educational Background and Experience: Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, or Accounting-related fields; with at least three years of work experience.

ERP System Knowledge: Understand the fundamental principles of ERP, finance, supply chain management, and other key concepts; grasp the essential aspects of enterprise digital transformation.

Database Knowledge: Proficient in databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle) and capable of writing SQL statements.

Business Process Understanding: Possesses a deep understanding of enterprise business processes and the ability to conduct business analysis and process optimization.

Document and Solution Development Capabilities: Capable of preparing various documents for IT projects and planning management processes.

Communication and Expression: Possesses strong oral communication skills, capable of presenting and training management teams on information technology solutions.

Learning ability: Capable of proactively acquiring financial knowledge and business management expertise.

Network and Systems: Familiar with TCP/IP protocols, operating systems (Windows), printers, etc. Candidates with network and computer repair skills are preferred.
