Legal Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Advise management on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, reports, and advisory documents.
• Identify and assess legal and regulatory risks associated with business transactions.
• Support corporate governance and regulatory compliance activities.
• Handle and review immigration matters, applications, petitions, and supporting documents.
• Monitor changes in corporate, immigration, and other relevant laws
• Assist with legal proceedings and other legal matters where required.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential legal records.
• Work closely with management and other departments to resolve legal and compliance issues.

Requirements:

• LL.B. degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years' relevant legal experience.
• Experience in corporate and/or immigration law is highly preferred.
• Strong contract drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of corporate law, immigration law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Strong computer and document-management skills.

Location: Akure, Ondo State

Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – 150,000 Monthly
