(NON-NEGOTIABLE):

• Professional registration with SACPCMP (South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions)
• Valid proof of registration and good standing
• Relevant bachelor’s qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Built Environment, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ project management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-paced project environments
• Valid driver’s licence
• Willingness to travel when required

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE:

• SANRAL / Department of Roads / Municipal projects
• CIDB-related environments
• Government tender compliance
• NEC, GCC, or JBCC contract administration
• Community liaison and labour management experience
• ACSA
