Job description

  • Assisting lawyers with legal research and drafting of documents
  • Supporting client meetings including managing diaries, correspondence and logistics.
  • Corresponding with clients, external lawyers and officials of government institutions on behalf of the firm
  • Assisting with administrative and office tasks
  • Implementing and improving the administrative process for efficient workflow
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality on all aspects of the firm’s work and communications

Requirements

  • A first class or upper second law degree or equivalent from a recognised institution
  • For Pupils, the applicant must be close to completion of Part 2 at the Ghana School of Law.
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite)
  • Highest level of integrity
  • Highly organised and detail oriented
  • A sense of humour and able to work well in a team
  • Excellent oral and written communication in the English Language,
  • Proficiency in a foreign language
