Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute monthly sales target plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of 4–6 local sales representatives, including scheduling, training and performance appraisal.
  • Acquire corporate clients including logistics firms, construction companies and SMEs, and build long-term sales channels.
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market policy changes, and submit weekly reports to management.

Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years sales experience, at least 1 year team management experience
  • Language: Fluent in English, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Others: Existing client network is a strong plus; valid driver’s license required.
