- Minimum 6 months call centre experience
- Passed Grade 12
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Willingness to work US shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
