Job Summary The Marketing & Communications Manager will oversee a diverse multi-industry portfolio of brands for the Baifam Group. This strategic role focuses on driving brand growth, executing comprehensive campaigns, and aligning cross-functional communication strategies to serve varied market sectors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and align cohesive marketing strategies for a multi-industry cocktail of brands.
• Design, launch, and manage data-driven marketing campaigns and multimedia production initiatives.
• Lead corporate public relations, media outreach, and internal communications across all group companies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing multimedia production and campaign development.
• Strategic Capability: Demonstrated ability to manage multi-industry brand portfolios and thrive in fast-paced corporate environments.
• The ideal candidate should possess exceptional adaptability to manage diverse brands, strong creative problem-solving skills, and proactive leadership.
