Department: Production Location: Kampala, Uganda Experience: 4–5 Years Qualification: Industrial Technical Training Certificate. Shop Floor Experience: 4–5 years of hands-on experience in injection molding, compression molding, or industrial operations.
Job Purpose Operate production machinery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities • Monitor process parameters and machine performance. • Record production readings accurately. • Carry out PM activities as per the schedule. • Identify abnormalities and inform supervisors. • Maintain production quality and safety standards. • Follow hygiene and punctuality standards.
Preferred Skills Good communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and quality standards. Systems Knowledge HACCP / ISO / TPM (Preferred)
