Department: Production Location: Mukono-Kampala, Uganda Experience: 5–6 Years Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. Shop Floor Experience: 5-6 years of experience in injection molding preforms and cap manufacturing, or in high-speed production lines.
Job Purpose Manage production operations to achieve productivity, quality, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities • Manage manpower, raw materials, and production schedules. • Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed. • Conduct root cause analysis for breakdowns. • Prepare production reports and KPI tracking. • Guide teams in troubleshooting and process improvement. • Conduct review meetings and skill gap analysis.
Preferred Skills Good communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety and quality standards.
Systems Knowledge HACCP / ISO / TPM (Preferred)
