Production Manager

One of the leading food manufacturing companies in Gauteng is currently looking for a skilled Production Manager to join their Grain Extrusion Plant.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Production Manager/Supervisor in a food manufacturing/FMCG/Agricultural environment.
• Experience in a grain milling environment is highly advantageous (grain extrusion operations).
• Experience from intake to final product, including packing, warehouse and stock control.
• Pest control and fumigation experience.
• Matric
• Valid driver’s license
• Pest Control Fumigation Certificate (PCO/P-number)
• GFSI training certificate or equivalent
• FSSC Training
• Milling qualification
• Safety certificates (OHS Safety Rep/First Aid/Fire Fighting/Working at Heights/Confined Spaces)
• Forklift license
