Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant

A South African enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting firm that sells, implements, and supports business management software, is seeking a ERP Consultant who will carry out full-lifecycle ERP implementations for either Microsoft Dynamics or Epicor Kinetic.
Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Implementation: Handle the analysis, design, deployment, training, and ongoing support.

• Process Mapping: Map customer information flows between systems and processes.

• Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, reduce manual data intervention, and eliminate duplicate work efforts.

• Business Re-engineering: Focus on designing practical, efficient operational processes underpinned by modern technology.

• Education: Minimum B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) or an equivalent Bachelor's degree.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of ERP experience (full-lifecycle implementation projects preferred). Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Epicor Kinetic is highly advantageous.

• Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Microsoft SQL knowledge is a major plus.

• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, logical problem-solver, clear communicator, and a collaborative team player.
