A leading food manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Administrator with strong experience in sales administration, customer service, and Pastel to join their team in Lanseria. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, assisting with sales enquiries, and ensuring accurate sales and customer record management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and invoices
  • Assist clients with sales enquiries
  • Handle general sales administration duties
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Ensure efficient communication and follow-up with clients

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working on Pastel (non-negotiable)
  • Previous sales experience advantageous
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Own reliable transport to Lanseria
