Production Manager

A well-established leader in the beverage manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to oversee and optimise production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
✅ Diploma or Degree in Production Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field
✅ Minimum 5 years’ production management experience within FMCG or beverage manufacturing
✅ Strong knowledge of bottling, packaging, and manufacturing processes
✅ Experience managing large production teams
✅ Sound understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and health & safety standards
✅ Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
✅ Proficient in MS Office and production reporting systems
✅ Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume manufacturing environment
