Sales Associate

Location: Nairobi (Village Market,Sarit Centre, Syokimau)Positions: 10 Positions

We are looking for confident, proactive, outgoing and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail team across multiple locations

We are looking for people who:

• Have previous sales or customer service experience
• Are confident, friendly and well-spoken
• Have a natural talent for selling and a drive to achieve targets
• Enjoy working with customers and creating an excellent shopping experience
• Have an eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
• Can take responsibility for stock accuracy and store cleanliness standards
• Are passionate about proudly Made in Kenya brands and African craftsmanship

• KES 18,500 starting salary commission on all personal sales

Requirement: A valid Certificate of Good Conduct, or proof that you have already applied for one.

Minimum experience

• Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, accessories, hospitality or another customer-facing sales role.
• Ideally 1–2 years of sales experience.

This is a target-driven sales role. The successful candidate must be comfortable actively approaching customers, recommending products, upselling and working towards monthly sales targets.
