    Your Profile:

    • Several years of professional experience in an operational role in B2B sales, SDR environment, or SaaS services
    • Strong understanding of structured data processes and lead research; experience with CRM and sales intelligence tools is a plus
    • High level of personal responsibility and structured work style – you are self-organized and don't rely on constant support
    • Analytical thinking: You recognize patterns in data and derive concrete actions from them
    • Excellent communication skills in German (fluent) and English; additional languages ​​are a plus
    • Willingness to grow in a rapidly scaling environment and actively contribute to shaping processes
