Minimum Requirements

1. • 8–10 years’ experience in a technology, systems, or solutions-focused role
2. • Proven ability to translate business needs into system solutions

• Strong understanding of:

• Databases and data structures
• Ability to check code
• Systems integration and APIs
• Software development principles (front-end & back-end)
• Automation tools and AI in business environments
• Experience managing developers, vendors, or technical teams
• Strong project management and problem-solving ability
• Someone with strong development and programming experience
• SQL Database experience

Advantageous Experience

1. Exposure to property management systems such as MRI Software / MDA
2. Experience in property, real estate, or asset management environments
3. Exposure to automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Zapier, Make)
4. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS)
5. Python, JSP/ASE, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in:

• Information Systems
• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Or equivalent practical experience
