Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the automotive industry and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. As a commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the sales process to ensure their complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Conduct thorough vehicle walk arounds and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our new vehicles.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs and budget
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or marketing is a plus
- Proven track record of success in automotive sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
