Sales Assistant (Tamale)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations of the shop.
• Make sales, arrange deliveries and respond to after-sales service requests.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of our equipment and their use in construction to handle customer enquiries.
• Test equipment before sales.
• Assist with sales documentation, transactions and stock-taking.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships to generate sales.

Qualifications

• National Certificate II, Diploma, HND or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Building Technology or related field or TVET 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and social media.
• Previous experience in sales

• Technical knowledge or experience of construction and machinery is a plus.
