Civil Engineer/Technologist - Water

An exciting opportunity is available for a qualified Civil Engineer or Civil Technologist to join our client’s Pretoria office. The successful candidate will contribute to a range of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, including bulk water systems, treatment works, and associated civil engineering services. This role is ideal for a technically driven professional who enjoys working within a collaborative consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with feasibility studies and planning investigations for water and wastewater projects
• Undertake technical design work and compile engineering reports
• Coordinate statutory approval processes for infrastructure projects
• Prepare project specifications and contract documentation
• Support project management activities through technical input and reporting
• Assist with measurements, valuations, schedules, quantities, and cost estimates
• Monitor construction activities with a focus on quality assurance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with relevant technical standards and statutory procedures
