    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Delivery and portfolio management

    • Own the delivery of medium to large, complex projects and oversee delivery across one or more project portfolios in alignment with agreed organisational and commercial direction
    • Ensure projects are initiated, planned, delivered, and closed in line with agreed processes and standards
    • Maintain oversight of project health, timelines, dependencies, and delivery risks
    • Conduct regular Project Health Reviews and proactively address delivery issues
    • Act as the senior escalation point for delivery challenges and customer concerns
    • Apply strategic judgement to delivery decisions by balancing risk, scope, resources, and commercial impact across projects and portfolios

    Stakeholder and customer management

    • Represent the Company with senior customer stakeholders and build trusted, long-term relationships
    • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear, proactive, and transparent communication
    • Resolve escalated customer issues with a focus on protecting delivery outcomes and relationships
    • Provide clear visibility on project health, risks, and financial performance to internal and external stakeholders

    Financial and resource accountability

    • Own the financial health of assigned projects or portfolios within agreed commercial parameters, ensuring delivery remains within agreed budgets
    • Monitor project spend, margins, and resourcing to support sustainable delivery
    • Work closely with Commercial and Operations teams to contribute delivery insight into forecasting, deal shaping, resourcing decisions, and delivery feasibility

    Team leadership and development

    • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to Project Managers and Project Co- ordinator
    • Delegate effectively, balancing team capacity, capability, and project needs
    • Coach and mentor team members to support performance, development, and progression
    • Contribute to performance conversations and feedback with a focus on growth and accountability

    Quality, risk, and governance

    • Ensure delivery quality meets agreed standards and customer expectations
    • Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks across projects
    • Establish and follow clear escalation standards and governance processes
    • Support consistent use of tools, templates, and delivery methodologies

    Continuous improvement and contribution

    • Identify recurring delivery challenges and contribute strategic recommendations to improve delivery models, processes, and portfolio effectiveness
    • Share lessons learned and best practices across the project team
    • Contribute to the development of delivery standards, templates, and intellectual property
    • Use delivery insight and data to influence planning, prioritisation, and longer-term delivery improvements
    • Support business growth by contributing delivery insight to planning and opportunity discussions
