Key Responsibilities

Create engaging content (graphics, videos, ads) to promote the platform.
Build and maintain relationships with partners, content creators and influencers to ensure timely campaign execution and content delivery.
Manage the publishing and scheduling of marketing assets across all social media platforms.
Manage official online community pages and groups to ensure a positive user environment.
Maintain a consistent presence in community channels through regular updates and interactive content.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with support and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Confident engaging with users in online environments and social media platforms.
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is an advantage.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different departments
Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
